Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Padel365 you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Padel365 is a platform that connects players with padel clubs. It lets you book courts, register for tournaments and lessons, manage memberships, shop in club stores and join communities. Padel365 acts as a technology intermediary: the sporting services are provided by each club or coach.

3. Registration and account

To use certain features you must create an account with accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Eligibility

You must be of legal age or have the authorization of a parent or guardian to use the Service. By registering you declare that you meet this requirement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Impersonate another person or club.
• Post false, offensive, defamatory or rights-infringing content.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
• Make fraudulent or abusive bookings or registrations.

6. Bookings, tournaments and payments

Bookings, registrations and purchases are confirmed subject to club availability. Online payments are processed through Mercado Pago; Padel365 does not store your full card details. Prices, fees and conditions are set by each club. Padel365 may apply a service fee, disclosed before you confirm the transaction.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set by each club according to its rules, disclosed at booking time. In any dispute, the club is directly responsible for the sporting service; Padel365 may mediate but does not guarantee refunds outside the club’s or Mercado Pago’s policies.

8. User content and moderation

You are responsible for the content you post (reviews, used-gear listings, photos). You grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content within the Service. We may moderate, hide or remove content that breaches these Terms, and apply sanctions to abusive accounts.

9. Intellectual property

The Padel365 brand, software, design and proprietary content are owned by NapsixAI and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute the Service without authorization.

10. Third-party services

The Service integrates with external providers (Mercado Pago, Google, Meta, Supabase, Resend, among others). Use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party failures or policies.

11. Warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NapsixAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, nor for the conduct of clubs, coaches or other users. Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity. Outstanding obligations (for example, payments) survive termination.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to NapsixAI’s place of operation. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith and, failing that, before the competent courts.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will publish the current version on this page with its date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
